Premiere Pro 2018.v12 missing open captions.

Hi, I have created a bunch of CC files with MacCaption,  exported them as .scc .. In premiere pro, after importing them, I go to modify caption, open caption, 29.97 ,1920 x 1080, All is nice... I close premiere, re-open them.. they are either gone from the screen (but still on the timeline) OR on a mac, they appear as CC again, but with a wrong formatting...

Got 28 re-export to do!!!

I stongly believe this is a bug, but would like to know if I am doing something wrong..
