Premiere Pro 2020 not opening for MAC

I've looked at other posts and solutions and tried them but they don't seem to fix my issue. 

I use a MacOS High Sierra ver. 10.13.16.

My issue is that when i try to open premiere pro, i get the thing that runs right before the software opens, but theres no downloading of the files like it usually does and just closes. sometimes ill get the report pop up. 

Other apps like illustrator, photoshop, and animate work.

So i tried Premiere Rush and that app doesn't open either. 

I've tried, restarting my computer, login out of creative cloud, redownloading, downloading older version, the alt/option while opening premiere, the renaming premiere pro file to premiere pro old, everything!

So if anyone has a solution, that would be amazing. Thank you in advance!

We're sorry to hear about this. We would need more info to troubleshoot the issue properly. Please let us know the system specifications (CPU, GPU and RAM). Also, please navigate to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore and check if you have any plugins in the MediaCore folder. If you have any plugin then temporarily move it to a folder on the desktop and then try to launch Premiere Pro and check if it's launching properly.
