PREMIERE PRO 2020 NOT RESPONDING WHILE OPENING PROJECTS

I have previously also posted about this. 

This is highly frustrating that premiere pro suddenly stopped working, and now i am unable to open anything. Tried multiple fixes including CC cleaner as well but without any luck. 

Precious time and money are being wasted. Please I need a fix for this asap.
