Premiere Pro 2020 , video works smoothly in preview BUT stuttering after export, from media encoder

Premiere Pro 2020 , shutterstock footage video works smoothly in preview BUT stuttering after export, from media encoder.

No luts, no additional stuff, just the video dragged from FINDER ( same as explorer but for MAC ). THE VIDEO WORKS SMOOTHLY IN QUICKTIME and also in premiere pro preview but when exported from adobe premiere pro or adobe media encoder THE EXPORTED VIDEO stutters .

I tried a lot : -changing the sequence settings like unchecking 'Composite in linear color' and checking 'maximum bit depth' or 'maximum render quality'

and other stuff

I contacted the Adobe support, and we came to the conclusion that it had something to do with the footage. It worked perfectly with other footages but this footage had something that whenever i was exporting it through adobe premiere pro or encoder it made that stutter.

So i did not find a solution for this stuttering issue that was occuring only for this bought footage (from shutterstock) .

Finally I decided to get another footage and not bother my brain anymore with it.
