Premiere Pro 2020 vs Microsoft Photos Video editing

I love Adobe Premiere, and I want it to work fluently so badly.. 😞 Can someone please explain WHY a premium dollar software doesn't have near the performance than a free windows tool..? Makes NO sense to me.

I tried this program.  This is for a beginner.  It has only one track, no text overlay, no color correction, etc.  If it satisfies your requirements, use it.  Also, you have not stated if your computer meets the requirements to run Premiere.
