My launch stops at "Loading IZAdobeLoudness.Bundle" with the message:"Directory Access Error. Make sure your user directory isn't locked" I have Izotope plug-ins, but not this. They are integral to my workflow in Nuendo. Any help would be appreciated.

I went to Apple Menu>System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy tab> but there is no " <File Folder Access>Premiere Pro. " Any suggestions? I am on the first day of my 7 day trial and it does not look good so far. I cannot even launch Premiere.  I tried <option> Launch, but the problem persits.

Premiere Pro 2020
Mac OS 10.13.6  Mac Pro 3.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 64 GB 1866 DDR3 Ram

Help please.

Thank you.

this may be a permissions issue.  If you can determine where the bundle resides, if you select the file and control click and choose get info and make sure that you have read/write permissions sharing & permissions.   Digital Rebellion

https://www.digitalrebellion.com/

has a plug in manager that will allow you to temporarily disable your plug-ins which will help you troubleshoot the issue.

It's part of their pro maintenance tools.  I'm pretty sure they have a free trial.  worth a shot.

and you might also try creating a new user in system preferences:  users and groups,  and log in as that user and see if that solves the problem.  Please post back and let us know if this is of any help. My ego needs whatever strokes are available but more importantly, your reply may help others with similar problems.

Thanks, The Digital Rebellion software did seem to work. It took a couple of hours to resolve all the conflicts. I wonder how much this is going to cost me.  It is appently necessary to have this in order to use Adobe on a Mac. It is a bit disappointing that a 3rd party solution was necessary just to get Premiere to launch. It has crashed a once or twice since I ran the DR suite.

Kind regards
