Premiere pro 2020 won't open on Mac catalina 10.15.4

I deleted some old files because a specific project kept failing to upload to Youtube via the media encoder.   But now premiere pro won't open.  I've followed some of the troubleshooting techniques:

1. Deleted media caches 

2. Renamed the premiere pro folder

3. Uninstalled and reinstalled premiere pro

4. Holding down the option key upon start-up to reset preferences

5. Holding down the shift + option key upon start-up to reset plug-ins and preferences

Not sure what I should do.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?
