Premiere Pro 2021 will not open past launch screen

I keep trying to launch it, it goes to launch screen and then no further. Help please

Hold down shift+alt when launching Premiere.

Thank you, I did this. reset the option, still wont load.

Uninstall,

sign out,

reboot,

install.

See how that goes.
