Premiere Pro 2022 won't export or Queue after Update

Annoying as always.  Thanks for another terrible update that updated nothing.

I have now upgraded to Premiere 2022 and so far it's working...

Also after the update, when I close the application windows explorer needs to be restarted.

That is odd.
