Premiere Pro 2023 Update won't upload/taking forever

Hello, I am trying to update Premiere Pro for the October 2023 update. I cleared my media cache and have tried to update many times, but the update just says "Waiting". and it's been hours. How do I fix this with an editing deadline this week?

You should for sure finish the editing on the 2023 version, and when you download the 2024 version, set in  Creative Cloud to not delete the previous version.
