Premiere Pro 23 doesn't open

Here is the screenshot, updated it a while ago, had this same issues, reinstalled it today after uninstalling still same issue, using older version for now.

Sorry about the problem you're facing. It's strange that the error is persisting across a re-install, but our best first step would be to take a look at that XML file. Would you mind sending it to me at jschroed@adobe.com, please? Thanks!

Try uninstalling third party plugins.

Plugins are located at:

Windows: C:/Program Files/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore

Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
