Premiere Pro 24 Export Slow

So I'm trying to Export my latest video but it's going to take 40 hours to render!? I've tried all suggestions i can find on the community, but none are for this version of Pro. My video is 46 minutes long, 1920/1080 60fps. My previous video was 1 hour and 13 minutes, 1920/1080 60fps and only took 6 hours to Export. I'm using the exact same Export settings for both. I've cleared up as much memory as possible on my pc. All videos get moved to an SSD once they are done exporting so they aren't filling up my memory. I used to use Premiere Elements to edit videos and it was very streamlined and easy and so far compared to Premiere Pro, much faster. I would love any advice on how to make Pro Export faster.

Follow up: the Export has now jumped up to 48 hours. I'm going to throw my computer out of the window.

No way any of us can help, sorry. But details matter.

What's your OS, your hardware, the media you're working with, any effects used, and what codec are you exporting to?

And how much room is available on the drive? Premiere often needs 4-5 times the expected final size of the file free while doing the encoding process.
