Premiere Pro account Syncing error

When I try to sync my Adobe Premiere Pro with my account, I receive the error message "syncing failed with error code 0.00". I have tried various solutions, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the application, logging out of the account, uninstalling Creative Cloud, and updating the video driver, but none of them have solved the problem. As I use Premiere for work and depend on my presets, layouts, and keyboard shortcuts, I urgently need to find a solution to this persistent problem.

Currently, my version of Premiere is 23.2, and despite attempting to revert to previous versions, the error persists. My computer is running the Windows 11 operating system and has the correct date and time.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate any further assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.

Best regards,

Guilherme

I was able to solve the problem! It turned out that I needed to change my Windows profile and reinstall some software. The issue was specific to my user account, and I'm not sure what caused it. Thank you so much for all the help, everyone!

I don't know exactly what caused the problem, but I managed to solve it by deleting all Premiere-related files that were in my User's folder

I tried this, I unistalled using the Adobe Cleaner all my adobe apps and the creative cloud, rebooted the pc, and then ran the Adobe Cleaner again, reboot the pc again, and than I installed all again, and the error is still there.

You might try using a hammer on this, 🙂 Per below:

Run the Adobe Cleaner after you uninstall the programs and before you re-install them:
Also, reboot your computer between steps even if you are not asked to...
