Premiere Pro, After Effects and Character Animator all crashing on launch.

I have tried everything! Needing some tech help big time. PP, AE and CA so far are the only CC apps I can see are all crashing on launch for me. They seem to be crashing on "initializing application" and I'm just getting generic crash reports. AE and PP have work around because I can open in safe mode, which I've been doing for months, but I tried to use CA today and holding shift doesn't allow safe mode entry so I couldn't use it. This has been happening for at least 2 months. I've tried uninstalling the apps, reinstalling older versions, deleting any plugins in my commons folder, restarting the CC app, troubleshooting online, I just can't figure out what's going on. Short of calling IT support, has anyone else had this issue? A few months ago i installed a SSD drive into my computer for more space and have wondered if moving some desktop files to run from my D drive now instead of my C drive has caused an issue, but as far as I can tell nothing that connects to adobe is running from my new D drive, so I'm not sure that's the problem. Happy to give more computer system info if needed but I don't think there's system issues as other apps are working fine and nothing else has changed with my computer recently and this is a pro editing computer that I use at work.

I worked it out! The BMD files inside my common folder where eronious. They should have been deleted when I uninstalled Black Magic raw. Removing them completetly solved the issue as far as I can tell so far. I will re-install BMR software and see if I encounter similar issues.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

I was really hoping this was the answer! I have been on Game Driver, so I've switched and updated back to Studio Driver. Nada, same issue. I did notice when I get my initial crash on launch, and then try reseting preferences, as it crashes again (lol) I get a secondary error msg " "BMDTransmit" has crashed during the 'startup' call". BMDTransmit is insitde media core in my Common files. Have I maybe messed something up inside my plug-ins folder?

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Premiere Pro forum.

Are you filling out the crash reports and including your Adobe ID?

I've filled them out a bunch, I've had hundreds of crashes so not filling them out all the time. No I haven't sent Adobe ID, it doesn't prompt me to do that? I don't know where I find that information either. I'm under a teams account I think.
