Premiere Pro & Decklink card:,not recognized

Hello,

I am using Premiere pro 23, and i have a decklink card installed. This one works perfectly with protools for example.
But it is not recognized by Premiere pro. under preferences/playback : no hardware is listed.
All settings seem fine, and i am using the same test video file that works with other apps.
Any idea?
