Premiere Pro App wont stay focused in Windows 10

I installed a 3rd extension today and it caused my Premiere Pro to start acting weird.

It started losing focus everytime after start up.

I have restarted, uninstalled premiere, uninstall all creative cloud suite, ran registery cleaners, and just about everything else I can think of. Reinstalled after all that and still having the same issue.

Any thoughts or guidance would be most appreciated!
