Premiere pro : aucun projet ne s'ouvre et je n'arrive pas en créer un nouveau. Comment faire ?

Bonjour, 

lorsque je lance le logiciel Premiere Pro cela semble ok. 

Du moment ou je veux ouvrir n'importe quel projet ou en creer un nouveau le logiciel plante systématiquement. Forcer à quitter est ma seule option.

Comment faire ?

I read about your problem. Sounds strange. Please try launching the app with the Shift key pressed down. The Reset Options dialog box should allow you to reset preferences and to delete media and plug-in caches. You can also choose to launch with third party plug-ins disable. Please try this and return with questions. I hope the troubleshooting steps help. Sorry for the issue.
