Premiere Pro Audio cuts out during playback

I was editing like normal and then out of the blue the audio just stops playing randomly. I reset my PC, I reinstalled Premiere, I've done every forum and youtube receommendation with no luck.

I have emptied out media cache (was little to none in there to start with), I have proxied all the clips, I have updated every driver, pc updated, anything possbile. Im stumped.

Here are my specs: (brand new build)
12th gen i-5 12600k
64 gb ram Gskill 6400k DDR5

B760 MSI Motherboard 
MSI RTX 360
Windows 11 

If anyone can help it wold be very apperciated.
