Premiere Pro audio export additional seconds of silence problem

Hello.

I have a problem with exporting audio in Pr. When I export a track, there is like a second of silence added before and after the track.

What I want to do is to have a song's instrumental and vocal versions both scattered into few identical parts so that I can choose which version I want to play atm. Problem is the transition between the cut tracks is not seamless because Pr leaves few seconds before and after making it having pause in between them.

Ok so the problem was not in those few milliseconds but because the audio I played through (basically any player) was located on a drive which made the sample load which caused the second of pause.

Still not resolved but no more an adobe problem.

You might be exporting the "work area" or the entire sequence, instead of just the section you want to export. Try marking an in-point at the start of the track and an out-point at the end of the track and then in the export settings, make sure "Source Range:" is set to "Sequence In/Out".

Okay, then what do you mean exactly by "when I export a track"? You're exporting an entire audio track? Can you explain your workflow step-by-step so we can try to find where the issue is happening?
