Premiere Pro: Audio problems with surface book 1

Hi all,

i had installed Premiere Pro 14.0.1 (Build 71) on my Surface Book 1.

There is a problem with the audio-in-and-output. When I start the first tutorial of premiere pro i get the message: "MME-Device: Internal fault". Then open a screen with the audio presets where i was informed that the audio speakers and microfon are not working (see image, red box)

But for normal media playing (like for example spotify), my speakers work well.

Can anybody give me a tip what i can do?
