I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove the red numbers in the box at the heads and tails of an audio clip on the timeline in Premiere pro. I believe they are duration or in and out indicators. HELP! See attached.

Select it and press Ctrl + L in Windows or Cmd + L in Mac to unlink audio and video tracks. That means that audio and video are desincronized.

Like Byron noted, this is just an indication that the two clips are out of sync. Here's how to unlink them if you're sure you want them out of sync.
