Premiere Pro Basic 3D - Tilting all over the place

Hi,

When I applied Basic 3D tilt effect onto the text, instead of tilting on its own axis, the text is spinning all over from the top to the bottom of the whole video. Is this a bug or is there any fix to this?

3d basic is applied to the whole frame not the text itself.

You need to centre the text first then apply basic 3d

Have you any keyframes accidentally set?

no keyframes at all.

Literally dragged the effect onto the text, adjusted the tilt and it won't spin on its own axis
