Hello!

I want to enable proxys in Adobe Premiere Pro. But there is a problem:

When I create a new project, I want to set up proxy in the import settings. When I select the checkbox to capture, I get an error which says that the Adobe Media Encoder would not be installed. But the Adobe Media Encoder is installed. I even reinstalled it.

What could I do to solve this problem?

Thank you all!

What do you mean by checkbox to capture.

Premiere and AME need to be of the same version.

I have the same problem.  PRePro 22.6.2 Build 2 does not recognize Med. Encoder 23.0 Build 57. The both are the lastest versions on the CC.  I can open Media Encoder but when I tried to get to it from inside Pre Pro is says it is not installed.  ME opens on the desktop.  I tried to drag and drop a sequence into ME and that doesn't work either.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm working on a deadline.  I do have an older version of Media En in my applications.  Not sure how to delete it.

Thanks
