Premiere Pro Cancel/Resubscribe Question

If I cancel my subscription but save all my Premiere Pro projects (in Version 23) to my hard drive, then re-subscribe in the future, will I be able to open the PP projects at that time in Version 23, or will the system install a newer version when I re-subscribe?

If so, will I be able to revert to 23?

I am not sure if you leave Premiere 2023 on you computer it will be re activated after subscribing again.

If not you will have to use 2024 or 2025 instead.

Thanks, but aren't newer versions of PP somewhat incompatible with M1 Macs running Ventura, or later?
