Premiere Pro Cancel/Resubscribe Question

If I cancel my subscription but save all my Premiere Pro projects (in Version 23) to my hard drive, then re-subscribe in the future, will I be able to open the PP projects at that time in Version 23, or will the system install a newer version when I re-subscribe?

If so, will I be able to revert to 23?
