Premiere Pro CC 2017 multicam issues

Since updating Premiere this week, my multicam toggle has disappeared. Premiere won't even let me add it so I now can't edit a multicam that I was previously half way through. Anyone else had this issue and how do I resolve it?

    Hi Jenniferd4396047,

Sorry about the trouble, which OS are you on?

Premiere won't even let me add it so I now can't edit a multicam that I was previously half way through.

Reset the Workspace, click on Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout.

Try adding the Toggle Multi-Camera View button & let me know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Kulpreet Singh

I have already tried that. It didn't help.

I'm on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

This is getting ridiculous. Can someone please contact me for a live chat. It seems almost impossible to get hold of anyone via your support line.

    Hi Jenniferd4396047,

Rename the 'Adobe' folders to 'OldAdobe' from Application Support and from the Preferences (marked red).

Can someone please contact me for a live chat.

You can get in touch with our support agents via chat or phone. FAQ: How do I contact Adobe Support?

    Thanks,
