      Try holding down the Option key while launching. This will reset all your preferences to default.

      Try a uninstall and reinstall.

        Hi - i am getting the same error. Have tried to reset preferences uninstalled and re-installed premiere pro. I've recently upgraded to Mojave the error is the same as Antonios. Is there another fix? Thanks in advance!

        Try deletimng the "14.0" folder from "/Users/x/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro" before you launch it.
