Premiere Pro CC clips in timeline to show preview when scrolling to view entire project

Hey, sorry not entirely even sure how to crrectly ask this question/search for it. I just upgraded this week from Premiere CS4 to the Premiere Pro CC and I was wondering on the timeline, when I zoom out on the timeline my clips no longer show a still preview of the clip but just a solid blue color, when I zoom in with the timeline wheel and the timeline is only showing a few clips I can see a still preview of the clip. Is there a way so when I zoom all the way out and view the entire project I can see clip still previews as I did in CS4 instead of the solid blue color? I hope this question makes sense. Also this project was imported from CS4 so that may be why but if there is a setting I can use to change it please advise, thanks

See here and choose Continuous Video Thumbnails:

Are thumbnails in the timeline gone in CC? From each video clip. : Adobe Premiere Pro

Beyond a certain zoom outpoint for the clips the videotumbnails wont show any more regardless of the setting.
