Premiere Pro CC interface lags

Issue with Pr interface (latest version with all current updates).

Sometimes some interface blocks freezing or fade to black. It looks like this:

In other cases whole cutting panel can miss.

Windows 10, Ge Force 1070, i7 6700 4.00, 16 RAM

How can I fix it?

Sorry for the issue. Have you updated the GPU drivers as well?

If yes, reset the workspace & test.
