premiere pro cc not responding

When i launch Premiere Pro cc it is getting stuck at the new project screen. It is stuck with the blue loading circle and wont render in anything. ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

are you on the mac or pc?  what version of Premiere Pro CC?  How much ram do you have on your system?  Does your system meet the minimum specs for Premiere?  Do you have plenty (at least 20%) free space on your startup drive?  Try disconnecting all non essential peripherals including ethernet and/or wifi...

its mac and all the above are in order. i had it working for months and all of a sudden it just stopped.
