Premiere Pro CC Screen Freezing / Locking Up

Hi All

I am on the home run of putting together my latest holiday video and now into background audio and voice overs, but the screen is locking up . I have had the playhead stop but continueing to play through the video then freeze up altogether. This is not a very large project with 10 sequences all under 8 mins each

You can 'Save' but when you try to 'Close Project' only the Program Monitor closes leaving a white background. If you click anywhere on the screen we get the Error Message (Not Responding)

The only way out of PP CC is by Ctrl-Alt-Del and Task Manager by End Task. When you reopen PP CC it will give the Unexpected Close Message.

I am running the latest Version 

V 25.0.0 (Built 61)

Windows Pro 11

AMD Ryzen 9 Processor 7900x3D 12 Core Processor 4.4GHz

Ram: 64 GB 64 bit operating system

Hard Drives 500 SSD 8

                      500 SSD 1

(This is only reasonable new set up with plenty of grunt, but for some reason this happening)

Would appreiate any thoughts or are we looking at a bug in this new build???
