I have a question about transcribing in Premiere. I have a 30 minute sequence that was transcribed and exported as an SRT file to be used on social media. The issue is, my client is disappointed with how the subtitles block out the websites listed as a lower third in several places throughout the video. The defualt for Subtitles seems to be the lower part of the screen. Is there a way to move the subtitles up a little to clear the lower third so they are not covered up by Subtitle text? Any suggestions would be great. The video debuts tomorrow, 03-27-24.
Mod note: Title was adjusted to reflect the issue better. This will help others search and find a solution.

Hi @Mitzleplick8867,
Thanks for the note. I am sorry for the delay in responding. I hope your screening went OK. You can adjust the position of your text in the Essential Graphics panel under "Align and Transform." I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

I did see this, but can it be done for the entire text? Also, it seemed like this only worked for captions but didn't save with the alignment as an SRT file. I tried then exporting as an SRT but the changes weren't saved. Can the alignment adjustment be exported as an SRT so that it plays on social media with that change?
