Premiere Pro Clip Color isn't the same while being Replaced With AE Composition?

Question

Hey! So I'm using the "Replace with AE Comp" right click option to bring footage into AE to add a quick title on the footage, but weirdly the colors are not being handled the same? I removed all LUT/effects on both clips and Premiere appears brighter vs AE.. but both projects are in the same Rec. 709 color space.. and I've messed with the many settings AE/Premiere have about setting different color spaces.. but nothing that seems to fix the problem. What could be the issue here?

Both AE and Pr are on their latest public version: 24.4.1. I'm on Windows. Content was recorded in Rec. 709 through OBS Studio

Unfortunately there are some difficulties in CM between Ae and Pr. I even talked with the devs at NAB about this in April. As it's come up 'here' several times, and I also teach pro colorists how to work with Pr/Ae coming from Resolve. So I need to be as up as possible on this.

Besides the annoying fact that the same settings in Pr and Ae are not always constantly called the same, Ae even has some capabilities for OCIO. But as of now, Premiere doesn't. And, according to the devs, not everything can be completely matched between them.

This SHOULD be matching ... maybe @Trent Happel or @mattchristensen or @David Arbor might have an idea?
