Premiere Pro crashed Macbook and SAVED files missing!! PLEASE HELP!!

I hope someone can help me! 😞 I am working on a major video and i just lost hours of work. Premiere Pro froze and crashed my macbook. Auto save folder is missing even though there is an audio preview folder, which is new. There is always an auto save in the project folder, but I think PP 2024 was installed on my macbook while I was working on the file or something because I didn't update it, which I don't even have auto-updates checked. But it must have turned off the auto save feature? When my computer came back it has only a file version saved from 8 hours ago, but I have saved it multiple times since then. I have tried searching for other folders on my macbook but I can't find anyting. 

There is an auto-recovery file, but it is saying 0 KB and damaged. Everything is missing.  Media cache files missing too for the last 8 hours. Please tell me someone can help! I can't lose 8 hours of work! I'll attach the auto recovery file and maybe you guys can fix it?
