Premiere Pro crashes with total black screen

I edit on Premiere Pro and i have 2 monitors, i'm editing on the main one and on the other one i have folders opened so i can drug and drop files into premiere, the problem is that at random moments when i drug a file into premiere the pc freezes for some seconds, then it shows a black screen on both monitors, i hear the windows sound of something plugging or unpluging and then when everything is back to normal i have to restart premiere because the palyback is total black, any help here?
