Premiere Pro crashing - error: The instruction at 0x00007FF9264E8C5B referenced memory at 0x00007FF9264E8C5B. The memory could not be written

Using Premiere Pro 2018, saved my files on Friday afternoon, shut down my Win10 laptop and now I get this error when trying to open Premiere Pro. If I leave the error Premiere will load in the background, however, the second I click OK, Premiere is immediately closed.

The first two times an option to send an error report appeared, but that is no longer popping up. Does anyone have any thoughts on this particular error? I checked the memory of my machine and other apps work.
