Premiere pro crashing whenever I open and play a project in mac os

Premiere pro is crashing whenever I open my project and then play it , I have tried importing the project into new project and even reinstalling the app, my app is upto date but nothing seems to be working. Please help

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
