Premiere pro crashing while editing

I have recently purchase adobe pacakge 7-10 days before...Today i have faced and issue while edit in timeline.. I have attached the screenshot below ...and one doubt while i copy any adjustment layer or clip from v3 clip i will turned on v3 and activate v1 layer and try to paste its not working from the beginging when i have puchased please... fix it soon and please give an proper customer care support emaid id ..Dont
