Premiere Pro CS6 - Green video when importing an mp4 file recorded in Streamlabs OBS

Using Premiere Pro CS6

 

Whenever I import a mp4 video to premiere pro, it shows up as a green screen (in media encoder too, see attatched for images) but the audio still works. I'm recording it using Streamlab OBS in a mp4 format. Any fixes?

Green means there is an issue with the gpu.

Try updating driver or roll back.

Convert file with handbrake.

 

Post computer specs.

Tried updating driver, didn't work.

 

I'll try the handbrake thing and I'll get back to you.
