Premiere Pro CS6 - How to Make Proxy Files

Hi all,

 

I just learned about proxies from some online tutorials, and the menus used in Adobe CC are not the same in Premiere Pro CS6.

 

Does anyone know how to use/make proxy files in CS6?

My system is struggling with 4K.

Not exactly like with CC but you can what is called edit offline.
