Premiere Pro Directory Access Error

Dear All,

Directory access error for my install of Premiere Pro.

Running as Admin, with full security privileges & also security tab in the programs section is all set to full security yet same error remains.

Have also tried moving it to different drives, no luck

Have also run as admin, to no prevail.

Tried contacting Adobe customer support, but not interested and palmed off to here.

    Right-click / Properties on your disk drive where you want to install Premiere Pro and show us that Properties window, you may have the "Read only" checkbox on your disk drive active.

    There are some Windows maintenance tools that could be used to scan the disk, defragment it, delete junk files that are left in the registry, check your system if you have a virus, in order to make sure that your operating system is ok. After you do all this and that you are sure that your system is in optimal conditions and if the issue persists, the only thing that you would have is to back up all your important files and make a formatted from scratch to your system, it has happened to me that this is how they are solved not just one problem but many, doing a clean format to my system.
