Premiere Pro does not open.

Premiere pro won't open for me at all. Everytime I click the open button in creative cloud nothing happens. Trying to open the app from search bar gives me the error "Adobe Premier Pro.exe System Error The code execution cannot proceed beacuse MSvcp110.dll was not f ound. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I haven't touched premiere pro in forever and now this. I have no idea what to do.

thatsmauri is correct, it is a C++ issue but it is not the lastest driver but this one from 2012

This problem is caused because the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files are not installed properly.

You can download the latest version from the web site below:
