I've seen similar posts but I'm stumped on how to resolve this one. I created a Library of .mogrts which I share with my team. They access the .mogrts (read only CC invitation) via the Essential Graphics Panel. That all worked great right off the bat but I'm running into issues now when I delete and/or rename the .mogrt files. The changes are visible in the Libraries tab in Premiere, in the Creative Cloud App (Files - Your libraries), and also in my browser (web based). However, the changes do not ripple to the Essential Graphics window in Premiere. This goes for both my computer and my coworkers. I've restarted my app and computer multiple times, synced my Premiere settings but no dice. Any thoughts on how to "force sync" the library? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance for your help.
Photo shows discrepancy in Essential Graphics panel vs. all other Libraries views from my computer but looks the same across all users on the team.
Mac OS Monterey 12.1
Premiere 22.1.2
For anyone viewing this in the future with similar issues here's what I did.
1. Renamed and added new .mogrts to my shared library.
2. Signed completely out of Creative Cloud.
3. Signed back into Creative Cloud and paused and then reenabled syncing.
4. Everything started syncing again and all users had access to the updated and shared library.
It seems like the signing in and out was the crucial step here.
Thanks to everyone for their help.

And you have closed and relaunched Premiere after changing the mogrts?
I assume so, but just checking.

Yes, I've closed Premiere and restarted multiple times.

It won't rename the .mogrts files in the Essential Graphics panel..the reason behind it is that the Essential Graphics panel give the user the option to rename the file within the Essential Graphics panel.. it's like a local overwrite within that panel.
I suppose that's how it is designed/developed to work or maybe left by the developers unintentionally.
You can put this in Adobe Premiere Pro User Voice forum to bring this in the notice of premiere pro dev team - https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911233-premiere-pro
