Premiere pro essential graphics templates not working

Hi all, I have a strange problem with premiere pro's essential graphic section.

Two weeks ago I used the built in templates for a project and I had no issues at all, however today when I dragged one simple template to my timeline, it appeared, but I couldn't edit the template, there is no edit section, usually there is the text you can edit, the speed, position etc. but its empty.

I don't know what happened and I tried everything, I searched for forums, nobody had the same mistake as I do, I uninstalled premiere deleted user preferences, reinstalled it same.

Can anyone please help me. thanks.
