Premiere Pro Export Audio Render Error

So....  suddenly I am unable to export any project which contains an audio track.  Whether the audio source is MP3, WAV, etc.  No luck.  I consistantly receive the following Export Error:

I think this a common issue since I have seen much discussion of it and many suggested solutions, including recommendations directly from Adobe, but nothing works for me.

I'm desperate to complete my list of projects.  Can anyone help ?
