Premiere Pro file is lagging after export

I should start off by saying I am not using pre shot footage in this file, its more of an animation using different angles of 3D objects. Essentailly a stop motion with PNG's and animated text. I do this method all the time for marketing conent at my company and it has never posed an issue. The frame rate is consitent between the source and the output so I am puzzeled. The video looks fine on the time line but after export it lags alot. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Hi,

What happens if you upload the file and play it back online? If it plays back there, your export might be too hard for your computer to play. This can happen with 4K HEVC and H.264 exports and certain computers. Can you check that?
