Premiere pro for commercial use?

Hi,  I am an autistic girl and have started my own booktube/ youtube channel.  I am looking for a good editing software for my videos and i am wondering if i can use adobe premiere pro and the transitions, effects, fonts, etc for commercial purposes, specificaly for monetized youtube videos or for a promo video for my husbands small buisness?
