Hi.   I am working on an Intel Mac, Monterey OS.   This problem began on Tuesday when I was getting ready to export the fine cut of  a video.   I was still working in Premiere Pro 15 (I needed to for work) Media Encoder wouldn't load so I tried to export from Premiere.  Premiere froze as it attempted to render the audio files.  I had already exported from this project severl times and had no issues with audio and definitely no crashes when exporting.

I had to force quit Premiere and I decided to restart the computer. (Not sure at this point if I tried to reopen Premiere before or after the first time I restarted the computer).  Premiere would no longer load. I tried a number of different projects and all of them paused on the loading bar at the same point. I even let the bar sit there for over 2 hours to see if it would work.

Yesterday I installed Premiere 2023 and had the same issues. I uninstalled all of my creative cloud apps and creative cloud and Maxon and Red Giant and reinstalled Premiere 23 and had the same issues.

I have attempted to open Premiere and reset the Cache and plugins, etc.  I have checked to make sure that my profile had the privilege to read & write with Premiere and I have rebooted the computer and reset the PRAM.

Premiere refuses to open. I can't open any old project in Premiere 15 or 23 and I can't even create a new project if I just open the app.

This is an incredibly busy time of the year and I need to fix this somehow.
