Premiere Pro Freezing - Media Encoder Won't Open or Stops in middle of Processing

Premiere Pro stops working for me. If I push it, I get a 'Not Responding' message. If I try to export a file through Media Encoder, it rarely opens and if it does, it stops encoding in the middle of the job. Not sure what to do. 

I can't understand why there is not direct support with Adobe. I pay $110/mo to them and I can't even get a hold of them through chat. UNACCEPTABLE!

    We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using and the system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU and RAM). Also, have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Let us know, we're here to help.
