Premiere pro gets stuck at 94%. Have tried exporting through encoder, clearing cache , restarting comp and most things I found on threads. no special effects on the specific time of the freezing , even removed the whole clip , still froze. Any thoughts?

Hej,

I have been experiencing the same issue and just found a solution that worked for me:

I created a new sequence via file -> new -> sequence

And then copied everything from the original sequence into the new one.

It may sound stupid, but that did it for me.

Don't know if this is a bug or what, but I hope this helps for you!

After few hours struggling to export a simple sequence with concatenated 4 clips 1 hour long I gave up and installed capcut. did the work in few minutes without any issues.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

its a macbook pro 2021 with M1 chip, tried both hardware and software encoding , same thing.
Internal storage is 256 GB with aboyt 60 GB free, and the media is located on an external drive with 2 TB capacity with 0.5TB free space

That may be the issue.  There might not be enough room for system and temp files.
