Premiere Pro - Glitch sound right after audio starts (after exporting)

Hi all,

I've been having a repeat problem where after the export process, there's a strange glitch sound right when the audio starts.

it's been really painful especially with long videos, having to wait for so long to encode/export only to find out the end result is unusable.

I haven't found any workaround to this issue except for restarting Premiere/my Mac, and then doing a re-render, which works sometimes. But there has been times when the glitch sound still occurs even after restart.

Has anyone ever had the same issue?
